"Bird in Hand" is an original surface design pattern by digital artist Elisabeth Trostli. The pattern features tattoo-inspired hands bound by heart-shaped strings of red beads. Alternating offset colorful motifs include dainty coins, birds and flowers,

inspired by Eastern European folk embroidery, set against a black background.
