The American Denim Masque is an imaginatively unique digital creation by Elisabeth Trostli. Blending elements of masculinity and femininity, the delicate yet fierce visage is crowned with a turban made from torn and weathered denim, repurposed from a much-loved garment. At the pinnacle of the ensemble, white egret feathers stand proudly, and a solitary jeweled earring dangles from their head, adding to this enigmatic character.
